tmpfs を /tmp に bind オプションを使って

つまり，下のようにすると，/tmpがtmpfsになる．

# mkdir /dev/shm/tmp
# chmod 1777 /dev/shm/tmp
# mount --bind /dev/shm/tmp /tmp

これ起動時に実行するためにはどうしたらよいのか？

これってroot権限で実行されるんだっけ？
